Annual Re-verification: All advocates are re-verified every 12 months at no cost. Any adverse disciplinary action at any Bar Council must be disclosed within 24 hours of notification.

🔒 Security: All uploaded documents are AES-256 encrypted, stored in isolated access-controlled cloud storage, accessible only to our verification team, and permanently deleted 30 days after your application is processed (or retained for 5 years if required by PMLA 2002 for KYC records).

Advocate Platform Terms & Conditions
1. Platform Relationship
By registering as an advocate on Instalegl, operated by Tramarkify Business LLC, you agree to act as an independent legal professional and not as an employee, agent, or partner of the Company. You retain full professional independence and responsibility for all legal services rendered.
2. Professional Standards (BCI Rules)
You agree to maintain valid Bar Council enrollment; comply with the Advocates Act 1961 and BCI Rules at all times; never solicit clients in violation of Rule 36; maintain client confidentiality under attorney-client privilege; disclose and recuse from all conflicts of interest; and never guarantee specific legal outcomes to clients.
3. Bookings & Service Commitments
When you accept a booking, you enter a binding service commitment. You must: appear at the confirmed time and location; notify the Platform at least 4 hours in advance if cancellation is unavoidable; and accept that more than 2 cancellations in any 30-day period may result in platform suspension.
4. Fees, Commission & Payments
All fees are subject to a Platform commission of 15% + GST. Net earnings are credited to your registered bank account within T+1 business day after service completion and client confirmation. You are solely responsible for your income tax, professional tax, and GST registration obligations.
5. Profile & Conduct
All profile information must be accurate, current, and not misleading. You must not create multiple accounts, redirect clients off-platform, or solicit or incentivise reviews. You must respond to client queries within 4 hours during your set working hours.
6. Data & Confidentiality (DPDPA 2023)
You must maintain strict confidentiality of all client data accessible through the Platform; not use client contact details beyond the booked service; comply with DPDPA 2023 and IT Act 2000; and report any suspected data breach involving client information to the Platform within 24 hours.
7. Verification & Re-verification
You consent to annual re-verification of your Bar Council enrollment and standing. You must disclose any disciplinary proceedings, suspension orders, or disbarment within 24 hours of being notified. Non-disclosure is grounds for immediate removal.
8. Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate your access with or without cause. Grounds for immediate termination include: disbarment, Bar Council suspension, criminal charges, fraud, misrepresentation, or gross misconduct. You may terminate by completing all active bookings and submitting written notice to grievance@instalegl.in.
9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Parties shall first attempt 30-day good-faith negotiation before commencing arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
