Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Please resolve all active bookings and download all records you need before proceeding.
Before You Delete
- Cancel all active or upcoming bookings (My Bookings → Cancel)
- Ensure no refunds are currently being processed
- Download all case documents, invoices, and booking records you may need in future
- Settle any outstanding payments

How to Delete via App
Log in on the app (iOS or Android) or at instalegl.in.
Profile photo → Settings → Account Settings → scroll to the bottom.
Review the warning screen listing all consequences, then tap “I understand, delete my account”.
OTP sent to your registered mobile number to confirm identity and intent.
Account deactivated immediately. Personal data permanently deleted within 30 days per DPDPA 2023 Section 12.
What Happens to Your Data
Request by Email
Send your deletion request from your registered email address to grievance@instalegl.in with subject: “Account Deletion Request”. Include your registered mobile number. Processed within 7 business days.
Processed within 7 business days. Confirmation sent to your registered email. DPDPA 2023 Section 12 compliant.
